It’s been years now since the start of the debate as to what the real reason for our deteriorating quality education! And year after year we don’t stop talking about it, in this article I’ll try to point out some reason(s) why and to possibly answer the following questions;

Department of Education (DepED) Text Book
According to the DepEd, a total of 25 warehouse inspections were conducted from 21 July to 29 September 2005. As much as 10% of the total 1.2 million textbooks and teacher’s manuals involved were inspected by DepEd and CSO inspection teams.
